pr-describer

Turn a branch's commits and diff into a clean pull-request title and body — a reviewer-facing summary, grouped change bullets, the motivation, and a grounded test plan. It de-duplicates commit noise, groups by concern rather than one-bullet-per-commit, and invents nothing: every line traces to a real commit or diff hunk. Fills a repo's own PR template when one is supplied.

Returns content — does not write files

Like all but two of the agents, this one returns its output to the skill that spawned it, and the skill writes the file. It holds no write tools, so it cannot modify the repo even if asked to.

When it runs

The pr-describe skill has resolved the base branch and collected the branch's commits + diff.

draft the PR description for this branch

The pr-describe skill spawns this agent with the delta (and any PR template / recent-PR style); the agent returns the title + body and the skill presents it or opens a draft PR.

What it returns

Return the title and the body as ready-to-use Markdown, plus a one-line note on any issue keys you treated as Closes versus Refs and why. Nothing else — no preamble, no "here is your PR description."

Derived, not declared

No agent file records which skills call it — this list is recovered from the skill definitions at build time, so it cannot go stale.
