Capture a screenshot from one of four sources — a running web app (Playwright), terminal/CLI output rendered as an image, a static HTML file or isolated component, or existing images the user provides. It writes the raw capture to a gitignored dir for the redaction pipeline; it never commits and never redacts (later agents do that).
