social-post

Draft promotional social copy (LinkedIn / X) for a PUBLISHED thing — a blog post, repo, or demo — grounded in the actual linked content. It produces ready-to-paste short / medium / builder-story variants, a hook-first opener, clean platform-appropriate hashtags, and the correct link + first-comment strategy for the feed algorithm. It writes copy for the user to post; it never auto-posts.

Returns content — does not write files

Like all but two of the agents, this one returns its output to the skill that spawned it, and the skill writes the file. It holds no write tools, so it cannot modify the repo even if asked to.

When it runs

A blog post was just published and the user wants to promote it on LinkedIn.

The social-post skill spawns this agent with the fetched content + angle + style prefs; it returns the variants and link/hashtag scaffolding.

What it returns

Return, clearly separated and each copy-paste-ready: - Short (~60 words), Medium (~130–150), and Builder-story if the angle fits. - The hashtag line. - The first-comment block (secondary links). - A one-line note: which link leads (and why), and the "paste, let the card render, you may delete the bare URL" tip.

Derived, not declared

No agent file records which skills call it — this list is recovered from the skill definitions at build time, so it cannot go stale.

See the /tech-blog pipeline for where this fits in the whole run.
