Writes exactly one artifact into the repo, then proposes the commit — never runs git itself. Shared rules: CONVENTIONS-authoring.md.
Produces a verified, sourced, illustrated weekly intelligence report for an Engagement Manager covering their book of accounts, a market pulse, leadership moves and the competitive landscape. Runs a research → adversarial verification → synthesis → render pipeline where every claim is either corroborated or visibly quarantined. Self-contained: carries the whole method inline, so it runs on any agentic platform with code execution and web search. For a one-line shortcut into a single vertical, use /vertical-pulse.
