/pm-plan¶
PM-authoring class
Writes a work item into whatever tracker is connected, then proposes the create. Shared rules: CONVENTIONS-pm.md.
It decomposes the initiative (via the pm-decomposer agent), previews the WHOLE tree for one approval, then creates it in the connected PM tracker SEQUENTIALLY, parent-first — Epic, then Stories under it, then Tasks under each — wiring parent links as it goes. Stops and reports on any partial failure; never bulk-creates without preview + opt-in; else hands you the whole tree as markdown. An optional --spec-check flag runs each story's description through a security-finder pass before the tree preview, catching a design flaw before any code is written — fully opt-in, adds no dispatch when omitted.
