/pr-describe¶
Workflow class
Reads a diff and drafts a change artifact — a PR or a commit message — then proposes it. Sits between review and authoring; never runs git.
Reads the branch's whole delta versus its base (the PR view) plus its commit messages, and drafts a structured title + body (summary, what changed, why, test plan, related issues). If a plan-mode plan file matches the branch's work, offers a condensed Context+Approach excerpt as a collapsed details block — opt-in, no change in behavior without a match. Opens a DRAFT PR only if the user opts in and gh is present — otherwise it hands you the text. Never pushes, never opens a non-draft PR on its own.

What it needs, and what happens without it¶
Every tool is detected at runtime — none is installed for you.

Agents it spawns¶

The procedure¶
The executable steps live in the skill file itself and are deliberately not reproduced here: they are instructions to the model at runtime, not documentation.
